About

Hi, Welcome to the Creative Force podcast. This week I speak with returning guest, Tannera Lindvall. In this episode, Tannera Lindvall shares practical and faith-filled insights on how to set meaningful goals and actually achieve them. Goals aren’t just endpoints - they’re stepping stones toward God’s vision for a life of constant growth.

My Takeaways

What did I want to happen in this year?

What actually happened?

What did I learn?

How can I change in the next year?

Promises to ourselves are important and powerful and worthy of being protected.

Know your why behind the goal you are setting.

Create lead measures. A lead measure is a predictive metric that indicates if you are likely to achieve a goal.

If you don’t know what your goal should be ask yourself what is my ideal outcome?

What do you want to have?

What do you want to do?

Who do you want to be?

Don’t allow condemnation to come in and say see you aren’t where you should be.

Know where you want to go, Know where you are starting, and figure out the best path to get there.
