Setting a Clear Vision for the New Year

Setting a Clear Vision for the New Year

About

Hi, Welcome to the Creative Force podcast and Happy New Year! This week I speak with Erin Weisbrodt. Erin is the founder of New You Ministries and the author of Hello, New You! This week, Erin talks about how important it is to have a clear vision. She shares her personal journey of creating a vision board, explaining how it has helped her align the image she carries within herself with the reality she wants to see. As we step into the new year, this is the perfect time to stir up your hope and dream boldly.

My Takeaways

If you don’t have a vision yet that is okay. It all starts with a desire in your heart, but the turning point is when you believe the desire is from the Lord.

The vision God has for our lives is going to be something we enjoy.

Spend time with the Lord, pray in tongues, and ask the Lord, “What is next for me? What steps can I start taking?”

What we see on the inside will be reflected on the outside. We need to change the vision we have in order to change the fruit of what we get.

It’s our job to stir up our hope! A vision board helps to change the internal image so that the external image aligns with it.

Personalize the Word of God to you.

What you see over and over is what you will produce in your life.

Be persuaded and become single minded on what God has for you. Keep using your faith!

What do you need to assemble a vision board:

  • Paper/poster board/cork board (whatever size you want)
  • Photos – print online, magazine cut outs, drawings etc.

God’s will for us is good. No matter what circumstances say!

You haven’t seen it yet but that doesn’t mean that you won’t see it!

Enjoy every part of your journey!

The waiting time is going to reflect your fruit when you enter into the promise.
