Noelle is a holistic declutter coach and in this week’s episode we talk about Ways to Have an Intentional, Stress-Free and Clutter- Free Holiday Season. The holidays can be a hectic time and Noelle shares tools on how to eliminate stress and really focus on what matters.

Types of Holiday Clutter:
- Gifts we receive from others
- Gifts that we are getting ready to give
- Things we use one time a year: decorations, outfits, etc.
- Free items given away during the holidays
Start big picture: What do you want your holiday season to be about? Define a win for yourself and work backward from there.
Exercise your no muscle during this time of year.
When you pull out the decorations, what you don’t put up this year ask yourself, “Am I actually going to put this up next year?”
Don’t buy something new until you know what you already have.
Try consumables as decorations – pinecones, flowers, etc. Things you won’t have to store later.
Bins are boundaries. Try to limit yourself to 1-2 bins.
The more you have the more you it is to manage.
Be intentional about what you bring into your home during this season.
Have a conversation about gifts ahead of time.
Reflect at the end of the season – what worked and what didn’t work?
Don’t do tradition just for tradition’s sake.
